This is either a personal or shared training session, depending on timing and need.
We could either do personal training at the pool or you could join others in open water and do dives in turns (max 4 people per session).
We will focus on whatever you need to work on, be it static, dynamic, performances with fins (with bi or mono), no fins, free immersion etc.
I will provide water and some fruit for after we finish and will have an electrolyte solution on the buoy for us to stay hydrated and safe from cramps.
Pool training is done at a 25m pool in Zakynthos town.
Open water training can be done at several locations, depending on your target depth (max -60m) and the weather.
