This is an introductory course based on Apnea Academy standards that comes with a certification card.

There are no requirements to pass this course.

We will discover basic physiology and breathing, you will learn more about the different kinds of freediving and the gear used, how to move in the water, basic equalization skills and diving in the open water.

Make sure to have water with you to stay hydrated.
